Sweeeeet

Love it. It's wicked tense. And I think that MrDecillion (reviewer below me) is just jealous of your work.

Amazing!

I never would've imagined a remix of Barrack Obama speeches turning into an intense DnB track. Very original, VERY good.

Cool

LOVED it. Nice transitions and the percussion was great. The melodies were amazing. The only thing is, the synthesized guitar part from 1:46-2:29 could've been a little better with a real distorted guiar, but I understand that's not always possible. This is a real high-quality track. Keep up the great work!

Good but too short.

I can really dig this. It probably would've gotten a 10 had it not been 19 seconds =(

No real complaints other than that. It's quite catchy.

Rig responds:

Awesome, thanks!

I'd love to see more...

You mentioned it's nothing special? This is really good, man. I don't see how this is only "nothing special.". Great bassline, nice tune, loving the breaks. Nothing to complain about here!

Interesting...

Well, the whole glitch/IDM idea didn't fit well with the song. The glitches and whatnot actually sounded great, but it just won't fit this song. If you dropped the glitches altogether and made it an ambient track, then this would be a MUCH better remix.

Intense

Intense was the first word that came to my mind when I heard this. I'm not sure it's the most fitting word, just thought I'd let you know that's how good this is though. I was a little disappointed with other remixes for this I'd heard, but this was amazing. I listened to the entire track - 5 minutes of pure win. I think this captured Nub's music's "personality" quite well. I'm amazed. I honestly think if Nub continued the song and completely finished mastering and all that, it would've turned out like this.

I plan on fixing up my mix (Sadly I lost the .flp and must restart... v_v) and remaking it with more emphasis on different layering and yet more new drums and glitches, similar to what you did here, while still keeping it largely rave-based. If you don't mind, I'd appreciate your opinion on my current mix!

5/5, 10/10, DL'd. This is great.

Nice!

I love it. It's all so good. It all just kind of melts together. I love the drums a LOT. The melody is just epic. It's not too heavy or light for itself, as I sometimes find with pieces. If this is just "another day"'s work for you, you should be VERY proud. It's gotta be one of the best songs I've heard in a while. It's not too long, it's fresh the whole time, not repetitive, keep up the great work, man!

I'm g;ad you enjoyed it then. I really wish more people would review my stuff, too. It would help me alot.
But anyway, I've been slowly working to improve my songs and make them more epic feeling (when it applies), not feel repetitive, and blend better.
I'm glad you thought I did a good job of it. I sure thought I did.
EDIT: think the pad should have put back farther in the mix. Sort of takes away from the other stuff (I have a new computer in a quieter room now). :D

Could be better...

I get it's got a jungle theme. That's cool. Jungle style song, and it has jungle effects in the song. Nice. Problem is, the drums were FAR too loud for everything else. There was a bit too much echo, reverb, all that. Also, I know the drums are supposed to be random. That's how this style works. The thing is, they were still too repetitive, and even though the drums are random, they generally follow some sort of pattern. I noiced at one point they ended halfway through a measure. This could be cleaned up to be a very nice mix. Just tone down the echo effects, turn down the volume on the drums, turn up everything else, and clean up the drums just a little.
